We all knew it was a matter of time before fried chicken made a summer appearance again. Well, that time has come. We’ll be heating up the fryer, and we’re gonna pound out the chicken like nobody’s business. At the same time, we’ll be whipping up some epic mashed potatoes, country gravy, cornbread, and corn.
