This week, we celebrate April’s birthday!She has politely requested eggs Benedict, and so we shall deliver! We’re going to throw a breakfast for dinner feast, and will be serving our usual of bacon, eggs, sausage hashbrowns, biscuits and gravy, etc. However, Eggs Benedict will take center stage, at the request of the birthday girl!
